The thesis is concerned with the problem of improving the methodical approaches to the efficiency estimation of the innovative and investment activities of the alcoholic beverage industry enterprises. The economic essence of innovations is determined and their close relation to investments is grounded. The preconditions of the efficiency estimation of the innovative and investment activities are investigated, the effect types being considered. Classification features of the sphere of interests of the major participants of the innovative and investment activities are improved. The current condition of the alcoholic beverage industry enterprises is estimated and the advantages of their development are revealed. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing methodical approaches to the efficiency estimation of the innovative and investment activities are characterized. The technique of the efficiency estimation of the innovative and investment activities for the innovator considering the limitations posed by the consumer and investor is proposed in the thesis. The technique of the payback period determination of the innovation and investment project is improved, the break-even point being considered. The effectiveness of the information system building, the main aim of which is intensification of the innovative and investment activities, is determined.
