Thesis is devoted to the complex research of investigation problems of the robber's attacks made on the drivers of vehicles. The problems of criminal characteristics formation of the robber's attacks made on the driver's of vehicles are reflected and some of its elements are studied in details. The investigator's actions at the first and following levels of investigation of the marked categories of crimes are analysed. The ways of investigator's actions improvement as to the investigation of the robber's attacks are offered.
