n this thesis it is made a research on the confessional life of Rivne region in 1960s – first half of 1980s. On the basis of the detailed and comprehensive work with archive sources and appropriate scientific literature the state religious policy in the region, network, situation inside confessions, and activity of the Orthodox, Protestant, Roman Catholic, and Jewish communities of the land have been analyzed. It is proved that the level of religiosity of the population in Rivne region was quite high.
