Tsymbalenko E. Informatization of social communications: scientific conceptions, legal components and sectoral structure

In the thesis the place, meaning and functions of informatization in the system of social communications are investigated. It is specified the notion of social informatization as a key segment of formation of information society and society of knowledge. It is described the scientific conception of informatization in different fields of social reality. In scientific respect it is specified the priority directions of informatization researches establishing the least investigated segments of this science concerning the problems of informatization. The basic reasons of computerization and internetization of the Ukrainian society are described. It is presented the basis specification of transformation of the Ukrainian editions into the digital forms of realization of their activities specifying the primary positive and negative aspects of this transformation.
