Essay

Based on the synthesis of heat power balance model I.D. Semikina and upgradedheat-gas-dynamic model V.K. Khrusha, measurements of temperature housing armor, heat loads of water-cooled furnaces and their components was studied heat and mass transfer processes in the blast furnace. Specified pattern and a quantitative assessment of the impact of gas-dynamic heat "dry" zone on the thermal parameters and indices of blast furnace. A criterion is proposed and developed a method for determining the boundaries of the peripheral zone, and received her method of analysis work. The regularities of the inversion of the temperature field near the wall oven and clarified the factors that lead to a distortion of the profile of the mine and the deterioration of technical and economic indices of furnace operation. Implemented a heat-gasdynamic regime of blast furnace blowing. Developed and implemented an automated process control system automated control of external heat losses in the blast furnace.
