The thesis is devoted to creation of production technology of carbon-polymer compositions, which can be used as active materials in such modern chemical power sources (CPS), as lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells and metal-air batteries. The influence of dopants (HCl, HI, HNO3) on the structure, energy characteristics of the conductive polymers (CP) (on the example of polyaniline), determined the origin of electrical conductivity in the CP. Established, that the reconstruction of the oxygen on composites "CP - graphite" occurs at the expense of education adsorption of oxygen-polymer. Using the quantum-chemical calculations are energetically favorable structure of the complexes of oxygen-PANI" and "oxygen-polypyrrole". Formulation has been developed effective composite " CP - graphite oxide", on which there is a recovery of oxygen by 4 electron mechanism to water. The main stage on the parameters of technological process of production of such three-component composite for cathode fuel and metal-air elements. The developed effective graphite-polymeric compositions for lithium-ion batteries on the basis of domestic purified natural (graphite Zavale's field, Kirovohrad region) and synthetic domain ("kish-graphite) graphites. The basic stages of the technological scheme of purification of natural and synthetic graphite, which permitted the use of purified graphite for lithium-ion batteries, fuel and metal-air cells. Developed scheme of wastewater and gas emissions.
