Semtsov V. The contract regulation of agricultural enterprises and local communities development

Thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodical approaches to using the contract approach in economics, in particular in the system of regulation of social-economic relations between agricultural enterprises and local communities. Complex system theoretically applied research of contract role in economics is made in the thesis. The essence, problems and potential usage of contract approach in economics are determined there. The role of contract approach of the regulation system in agrarian sector in economy of Ukraine is shown on the concrete examples. The necessity of contract approach introduction for the providing of effective and stable social-economic development of agricultural enterprises and local communities is grounded. The principles of contract approach stimulation are worked out and proposed by the author as basis for prevention of opportunism between the main participants in agrarian sector of economy.
