Essay

Research object: high endo- and exothermic processes in inorganic substances melt. Research purpose: development of scientific bases syngas technology in a reactor with circulatory melt of slag between the zone of coal conversion by water and two or more zones of coal oxidation by air. Research methods: chromatographic, piezometer, titrimetric and thermal analyses. Theoretical and practical results: the mathematical model of coal conversion process is created by water and oxidization air in melt. Kinetic data is certain for the calculation of syngas receipt reactor in the wide interval of technological parameters change. Technological parameters which provide the depth of coal processing (99%) are set. Terms which provide the decline of power-hungriness are certain, сapital investments and prime price of syngas technology on 40%. Novelty: theoretical it is grounded and expedience of syngas technologies development is experimentally confirmed from domestic coal in melt. Degree of introduction: developed basic data on planning pilot plant of syngas production from coal: by the state research and проектно-конструкторским institute of innovative technologies in energy and energy-savings, LTD.
