Scientific work is devoted to synthesis of the adaptive system for high-speed vehicles safety motion. The feasibility of using integration technologies and telecommunication technologies solutions adaption for the challenges of intellectual transport systems were demonstrated. The theoretical frameworks and methodologies for information-analytical software building high-speed vehicles based on a systematic approach to the complex dynamic situations description were designed. The basic algorithm and software modules for Intelligent Transport Systems were developed. The proposed methodology for Intelligent Vehicles Highway Systems was realized with specialized software and hardware on board equipment. The integrated Traffic Management modeling makes possible the real time control reducing and economic resources for the safety increasing on dangerous zones. A comprehensive experimental study of performance indicators of adaptive information analytical technologies in comparison with existing offline counterparts shows reduce to 5% risk of accidents with high-speed vehicles in adaptation cycles.
