The dissertation research presents the results of a complex study of oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis, the blood plasma fibrinolytic and proteolytic activities, the murphofunctional state of the endothelium, the processes of apoptosis and proliferation, morphologic changes of the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum in case of gastroduodenopathies induced by nonsteroid anti-inflammatory agents in patients with osteoarthrosis, depending on the presence of Helicobacter pylori. The expediency of using rebamipid and amlodipine has been substantiated for the purpose of treating and preventing gastroduodenopathies caused by nonsteroid anti-inflammatory agents in patients with osteoarthrosis.
