Low-cycle loading with the high-level 0.75, 0.85 and 0.9 from destructive loading is considered under the functioning of reinforced beams strengthened by ferroconcrete reinforced to the first and second group of boundary conditions. Calculation methods of test-pieces are worked out. The effect on durability, crack resistance and deformability is analyzed and compared.Physical and mechanical characteristics of concretes on mining are dressing combines wastes and A500C class armature are presented. New development and achievements in ferroconcrete theory for constructs are taken into consideration.
