Essay

The thesis is devoted to the questions of obtaining radiation-proof cements and cementations compositions with application barium containing sulfoferrite clinkers having lack of contraction and expansion at hardening. In dissertation work with the help of the thermodynamic analysis and complex of physical-chemical methods coexistence of minerals whose which presence provides obtaining cementations compositions with given properties was indicated. The procedure of calculating composition of raw mixtures to obtain barium containing sulfoferrite clinkers with designed mineralogical composition was developed. Kinetics and sequence of minerals formation at synthesizing were investigated. The technological parameters of raw mixtures of roasting for obtaining barium containing sulfoferrite clinkers with preset mineralogical composition were also studied. The batching of cements compositing using above mentioned clinkers to obtaining radiation-resistance self-expanding and shrinkage compensating cements was done. The investigation of structural-technical and specific properties of cements using received clinkers has shown an opportunity to employ them when building local and global protective shells for the objects which use sources of ionizing radiation.
