Essay

The objective is to establish the peculiarities of structure of retina under inluence of cisplatin basing on the experiments performed on 118 white rats, and the correction of some detected abnormalities by enterosgel. It was shown the development of toxic violations of the retina under the influence of cisplatin had 4 phases, the normalization structure of retina were not. The correction made by enterosgel showed positive effect on the structure of retina and restorаtion of antioxidant system. Branch - medicine.
