Essay

128 patients in different stages of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were examined. Secondary immunodeficiency state were present in all patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and were more severe in patients with nonsteatohepatitis as compared to the patients with simple steatosis. The therapeutic effect of thiotriazoline in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease was proven. Positive influence of proposed treatment scheme to the index of the chronic subclinical inflammation, cytokine balance and cell immunity disturbances were shown. Results introduced into educational and medical process. Branch - medicine.
