In the dissertation clinical and immunological confirmation of a local immune deficiency in patients with GP, who are constantly exposed to the influence of professional pathogens, has been presented. A directly proportional dependency of periodontium damage on the professional period of employment in the harmful industry has been established. An osteotropic medical preparation "Osteocare" and immunomodulating preparation "Thiatriazolinum" were administered by these patients as a general treatment. Local treatment included ozone therapy using a device OzonyMed and applications of periodontal bands
