The aim of the thesis is the study of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for improving the development and efficiency of labor farms in contemporary economy. The object of study is the process of formation and use of labor farms. The object of study is a set of causal relationships that occur during formation and use of labor farms. Theoretical and methodological basis of research are fundamental position of economic science, of leading domestic and foreign scientists on the formation and effective utilization of human resources, legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine on the development of agricultural production. The novelty of the results is comprehensive, systematic study of theoretical, methodological and practical approaches to the development and effective use of labor farms. The practical significance of the results of the research is to develop and implement proposals to determine the effective employment of labor farms, to improve work incentives elements that provide a significant improvement in the efficiency of labor farms Kharkiv region.
