Matviychuk L. Forming and optimization of capital structure in the system of enterprises' financial security

The thesis defines fundamental theoretical aspects and methodological approaches to capital structure optimization in the sphere of providing financial security of machine-building enterprises. Fundamentals of enterprise's capital structuring as well as functions of its financial security are outlined in the thesis. The author suggests a methodology of defining level of enterprise's financial security based on estimating values of its components, threshold indicators, quotients and capital structure. Capital management mechanism within the frameworks of financial security is developed. Algorithm of making managerial decisions to achieve enterprise's optimal capital structure based on its financial security interests is suggested. The obtained results are aimed at managing problems related to capital structure optimization and providing financial security of an enterprise. Therefore, these results can be applied to improving management efficiency in the sphere of machine-building industry.
