The thesis is dedicated to researching the process of organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of advertising of Ukraine in conditions of market transformation. Developed organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of advertising in Ukraine as an interconnected system of organization aimed at improving governance through restructuring of relations between authorities and subjects of advertising self-regulation. Offered the concept for improving the organizational and economic mechanism involving the public in the management of advertising activities in Ukraine.
