Dissertation is devoted ground theoretical bases and development of practical suggestions in relation to the increase of efficiency of the state adjusting of agriculture of Ukraine. Theoretical researches of effective activity of the state and criteria of adjusting of development of agriculture are conducted. Principles and functions of the state adjusting of agriculture are generalized. Conceptual positions of the state adjusting of effective development of agriculture in accordance with the СОТ requirements are ground.
