In dissertational work, is generalized the theoretical principles of formation and utilization of productive capacities of enterprises. The factors of formation productive potential of the enterprise are defined and classified .The methodological approaches to the definition for efficiency indicators of the industrial potential of enterprise are grounded and are built on a combination of interrelated indicators. Analyzed and evaluated are the condition of usage and development of the productive potential enterprises of processing industry of agro industrial complex of Vinnytsia region, the factors of its formation have been studied. Estimated is also the influence of a specific factors on the effectiveness of the work of the enterprises of processing agricultural industry. Well-founded is the ways to improving the efficiency of productive potential of the agricultural enterprises. Forecasting and modeling of the parameters of the industrial and economic activities of processing enterprises is done on basis of the theory of fuzzy logic, developed is the architecture of the expert-modeling systems. Substantiated are the strategic directions of the production capabilities of the processing agricultural enterprises in the conditions of a competitive environment.
