Markovych N. Directions of Development of Agrarian Units and Ways of Their Economic Profitability.

The research worked out theoretic and methodological basics and practical recommendations in grounding the directions of agrarian units development as well as the ways of raising their economic profitability. It concretized the notion of economic profitability of agrarian unit; systemized the indices and grounded the methodological approaches in estimating their efficiency; exposed the gist of the category "development" and found its peculiarities in agriculture. The work outlines regional peculiarities of agriculture and estimates the economic efficiency if Lviv region agricultural enterprises development. The directions and perspective parameters of agrarian units development are suggested. The system of state measures in supporting the development and efficiency of agricultural enterprises are grounded. The research also developed scientific approaches in constructing patterns of profitability of agrarian productions considering the volumes of outputs normative costs and normative prices of agricultural products sale.
