Dobizha N. Forming and Usage of the Technical Base of the Agrarian Sector

Object of research: the farms, repair and servicing companies, leasing companies and other organizations of Ukraine and the Vinnytsia region. Objective: To study and develop methodological approaches to the formation of technical base, improving the use of machine-tractor park in agricultural enterprises by creating a comprehensive system of technical support and improvement of organizational and management relations in agriculture. Methods: analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparison, comparisons, structural and functional, system, and group interviews, statistics and economics, monographic, settlement and constructive. Scientific novelty: the first time the mechanism and principles of formation and functioning of the equilibrium of demand and supply of technology in agriculture, reasonably key stages of leasing relations in the procurement of agricultural enterprises, improved substance categories: "national technical policy", "resource production potential" "technical potential" improved methodological approaches to determining the economic efficiency of machine-tractor park, has evolved a system of relations between the owners of technology and service enterprises, definition of "investment" and its strategic purpose for updating the technical base of agricultural enterprises.
