Essay

Dissertation contains the marketing activity research of intermediary mercantile business results made with the use of economical and mathematical modelling. The action program basing in relation to the wholesale sales volumes increase of intermediary mercantile business in the Ivano-Frankivsk region and also development and basing of methodical and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of management by marketing activity of the explored enterprises are the purposes of dissertation work. The efficiency of wholesale intermediary mercantile business providing processes in the modern terms of menage is the research object. The general scientific and special theoretical methods of dialectics, scientific cognition, theories of enterprise management, fundamental positions of general economic theory and marketing, research in industry of enterprise strategy development and methodology of marketing analysis are the methodological basis of dissertation. For the decision of tasks put in dissertation such special methods as: expert estimations (for diagnostics of level of management evaluation by marketing activity of the explored enterprises), sociological researches (consumer survey with the purpose of optimum structure of marketing channels of wholesale enterprise forming), comparison, methods of economic analysis (for marketing activity of wholesale enterprises research), economical and mathematical modelling (marketing channels structure optimization), graphical method (for the evident image of statistical materials, their grouping, comparison and generalization) were used. Practical value of dissertation performances is confirmed by the presence of references about their introduction in such domestic enterprises activity practice: Ltd "Grand” (Ivano-Frankivsk); Ltd "Krona-zakhid (Ivano-Frankivsk); privately owned enterprise "Fedyc" (Ivano-Frankivsk) and Private educational institution "Galytska academy" (Ivano-Frankivsk) which draw on separate research results as comfortable instruments of sales volumes rise and management improvement by marketing activity of intermediary mercantile business
