Essay

The survey is devoted to the assessment of androgen provision in patients with stable angina (SA) in combination with diabetes mellitus type 2 and its' influence on the clinical course of the angina pectoris, lipid metabolism, immune reactivity, body weight and substantiation of the metabolic disorders correction by means of hypo- hyper magnetic field therapy. 120 patients with SA in combination with diabetes mellitus type 2, which were treated in cardiology and therapeutic departments of the Lviv municipal hospital were examined. Duration of stable angina in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 is accompanied by the development of the androgenic imbalance, which increases with increasing duration of diabetes, level of hyperglycemia, in smokers, alcohol abuse, and also depends on the insulin sensitization. Development of the androgenic imbalance is accompanied by intensive atypical chest pain, abdominal type of the weight gain, dyslipidemia, disorders in immune reactivity. Hypoglycemic therapy and high doses of lipid lowering therapy impacts the parameters of the androgenic provision. Combined treatment of patients with SA combined with diabetes type 2 by means of a hypo- hypermagnetic field therapy reduces the number of angina heart attacks, dose of nitroglycerine, manifestations of androgenic imbalance, has a sedative effect, improves insulin sensitivity, promotes correction of dyslipidemia.
