A research object is processes of providing of effective activity of enterprises in the modern terms of menage. The article of research is theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of management of enterprises of holding company charges. Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical analysis and synthesis.A mechanism and corresponding tool of the integrated management of holding company charges are first worked out after his levels, that allows to bind financial and organizationally-economic performance of enterprises of holding indicators in the single system, provides functional, organizational and sentinel connection of measures on a management charges. Methodology of strategic analysis of charges of worked out is improved by an author by the matrix of the strategic positioning of the business-field. Further development of determination of features of functioning of control system by charges, description of functions and specific tasks of management of enterprises of holding company charges, got. Substantive provisions and conclusions of dissertation work are well-proven to the level of methodical developments and applied recommendations, that is approved by enterprises that enter in the complement of holding company "Kyivmiskbud" and can be used by other enterprises in composition of holding companies for providing of effective management charges.
