Essay

A research aim are a ground of theoretic and methodological approaches and development of practical recommendations in relation to the increase of efficiency of fodder production on innovative basis. A research object are processes of forming and providing of efficiency of fodder production due to an innovative constituent. Research methods: abstractly-logical, economic and statistical, method of economic and mathematical design. Theoretical results: development of suggestions and recommendations in relation to the increase of efficiency of fodder production. Practical results: consist in development of theoretic and methodological and practical recommendations in relation to the increase of efficiency of fodder production on innovative basis. Scientific novelty: the methodical going is offered near the estimation of efficiency of fodder production on innovative basis, that is base on determination of integral index of efficiency of fodder production after the method of DEA (analysis of shell of data), that allows due to optimization of sowing area and determination of coefficient of efficiency of innovations of fodder production to carry out the prognosis of effectiveness of industry on a prospect. Degree of introduction : the results of the conducted research are applied by Main administration of agroindustrial development of Zhytomyr regional state administration, used in practice of enterprises and in the educational process of the Zhytomyr state agro-ecological university at teaching of economic disciplines. Sphere of the use : central and local organs of executive power, organs of local self-government, higher educational establishments, enterprises.
