Minenko S. Explanation of technological and construction parameters of ripper-land leveler of heap of potato harvester

A purpose of work is an increase of high-quality and quantitative indexes of technological process of separation of potato lots by development of construction and rationalization of parameters and modes of operations of ripper of lots of potato harvester machine. An object of researches is a technological process of separation of potato lots. Theoretical researches were conducted with the use of substantive provisions of differential and integral calculations, theoretical mechanics. The scientific novelty of the got results consists of that expedience of the use of loosening and leveler working organ is first founded on a potato harvester machine, that is directed on the increase of quality of technological process of separation; mathematical dependences are set, that enable to get the structural parameters of ripper touching the concrete terms of work; influence of workings organs of ripper is set on smoothing of ball of potato lots which acts on a twig elevator; basic factors are set, that influence on separation, injure of tubers of potato and on power of drive of ripper; the rational modes of operations of ripper are grounded, that let to increase the index of separation at diminishing of expenses of energy. The practical value of results of researches consists of development of construction and ground of parameters of ripper of lots, that will allow to improve separation on 6…10%, to increase the productivity on 10…14%, to reduce loading on the drive of elevators on 12…17%.
