The Purpose: the scientific motivation theoretical, methodical and practical bases of the improvement of strategic management competitiveness trade enterprise. The Methods: the theoretical generalization and benchmark analysis and syntheses, system-structured analysis, multivariate statistical analysis, method of the analysis hierarchy with methods expert estimation, methods of economic and mathematical modeling. It is offered: scientifically-methodical approach to estimation of competitiveness of the trade enterprise, scientific approach to motivation of the strategies of management of competitiveness of the trade enterprise, scientifically-methodical approach to management trade enterprise risk.
