In dissertation work new approaches and theoretical positions are examined in relation to functioning of the system of the state pension providing. In-process the special attention is spared development organizationally economic and legal mechanisms of improvement of the system of the pension providing. The multivariable model of determination of optimum level is developed medium-sized pensions. Theoretical is examined are methodical aspects of introduction of the system of the pension providing.
