Essay

Dissertation is the first monographic work in Ukraine, dedicated to the definition and characteristics of court costs by the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine. The author provides a detailed description of each type of legal expenses in administrative proceedings and examined the concept and purpose of the introduction of litigation costs in general. In the thesis provides justification inadmissibility perception of legal expenses in administrative proceedings as the compensation institution and the resulting denial of views on justice as a kind of public services.
