The thesis is devoted to the analysis of organizational and legal fundamentals of system of control over the observance of competition law in granting and using state aid for entities. The definition, signs and purpose of state aid for entities, the place of the control in this sphere in state administration of economics have been determined. The issues of legal status, functions and competence of the body of control over the observance of competition law in granting and using state aid for entities have been researched. The peculiarities of control procedure in sphere of economic competition protection in granting and using state aid for entities, its stages and sense have been settled. The definitions of separate categories of competition law and the range of suggestions to the current rules are stated.
