Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to improving early diagnosis of health disorders of children of different age groups based on the study of general non-specific adaptive processes and criteria for morphometric analysis of lymphocytes, as well as to better monitoring of treatment and prognosis of community acquired pneumonia, depending on the resistance of child's organism. Methods - clinical, laboratory, radiological, colorimetric, immunological, histological, morphometric and electron-microscopic (for comprehensive identification of lymphocytes), mathematical and statistical. Determination of the type of general nonspecific adaptation reactions by white blood count, namely the adaptation index (the ratio of the relative values of lymphocytes to segmented neutrophils), can effectively detect the deterioration of an individual child's health or premorbid conditions. Transition to the recovery of patients with pneumonia occurs on the background of the transition of stress reaction into anti-stress reactions of mild and increased activation of high reactivity through training. Identification of adverse types of adaptation reactions on the 5th -10th day of treatment indicates a lack of effectiveness of therapy of bronchopulmonary pathology and is indication to the prescription of activation therapy. The normal quantity ratio of morphometrically different lymphocytes in healthy children blood was set; the nature of structural changes of different morphometric blood lymphocytes of children depending on the type of general nonspecific adaptive reactions was revealed.
