Panchenko V. Intercompany Local Regulatory Legal Acts of Agricultural Companies as a Form of Agrarian Law.

Ph.D. thesis is devoted to the study of problems of intercompany local regulatory legal acts of agricultural companies as a form of agrarian law under the law of Ukraine. The notions of "sources of agrarian law" and "forms of agrarian law" have been studied; the statement that the above notions are not synonymous has been substantiated; the legal nature as well as the place of intercompany local regulatory legal acts of agricultural companies in the system of law of Ukraine have been determined. Elements and peculiarities of intercompany local regulatory legal acts, regulating intercompany relations of agricultural companies, have been studied separately; they have been classified as well. Special attention has been given to optimization of the local rulemaking process of agricultural companies. The content of each stage of the rulemaking process of agricultural companies has been clarified; its staging has been offered. Prospective ways of optimization of the local rulemaking process by management of agricultural companies have been determined. Corresponding propositions and recommendations for improvement of the system of local regulatory legal acts in the field of regulation of intercompany agrarian relations of agricultural companies have been developed. Type and content of certain intercompany local regulatory legal acts of agricultural companies have been determined.
