Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of changes of molecular-biological characteristics of malignantly transformed cells upon acquirement of the resistance to doxorubicin, and mechanisms of cytotoxis action of liposomal form of doxorubicine toward tumor cells with resistant phenotype in vitro. It has been shown that in resistant cells the complication of ultrastructural organization, molecular-biological properties, distribution of cell cycle. It has been shown that MCF-7/Dox cells, are characterized by slower accumulation of liposomal form of doxorubicin.
