Essay

Dissertation is devoted to clarify the essence and the content of administrative-law regime business activity in Ukraine, and also to the theoretical and practical problems of its realization. The applying of the scientific approach "from general to concrete", is allowed to come to the conclusion, that administrative-law regime business activity in Ukraine has the legislative fastening, is envelop the wide sphere of economic dealings and is the structure- functional, integral part of administrative law. It is investigated the features which is inherent to administrative-law regime business activity and is given its classification.
