Kolomoyets N. Higher Educational Establishments within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: Formation, Functioning, Modernization

This thesis is devoted to find out the essence of higher educational establishments within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine functioning during the reform period both within the Ministry of Internal Affairs and educational agencies. This process made necessary to define the essence and contents of higher educational establishments within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine activity more exactly; to consider the system and structure of higher educational establishments within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine; to find out their aims and tasks, administrative and legal regulation's characteristic of higher educational establishments within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine activity.
