Pchelin V. Review of administrative acts of internal affairs bodies

The dissertation deals with the institution of review of administrative acts of the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine. The notion, types and peculiarities of administrative acts of internal affairs bodies as well as the concept, importance and ways to ensure their legality have been defined. Procedures for review of administrative acts of the internal affairs bodies at the initiative of the persons whose interests they concern, and the review of these acts as a matter of control and prosecutor's supervision have been characterized. The peculiarities of judicial review of administrative acts of the internal affairs bodies, in particular the review of administrative acts of the internal affairs bodies in the trial courts have been determined.
