Kolotik A. Legal Regulation of Special Provision of Pensions in Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to a right for pension provision in the modern state. The work indentifies the place of special provision of pensions in the pensions system of Ukraine. It defines the present state of legal regulation of special provision of pensions. The dissertation provides notions of "legal relations in special provision of pensions", "pension", "pensions system". The work reviews subjects, objects and essence of legal relationship in special provision of pensions. It examines grounds of origin, change and termination of legal relationship in special provision of pensions. The dissertation studies types of special provision of pensions. The work formulates recommendations for improvement of the national legislature and law enforcement practice in the sphere of special provision of pensions, in particular creation of consolidated legal statute - the Law of Ukraine on Special Provision of Pensions that should unite all legal acts and their parts, that establish rules in the sphere of special provision of pensions.
