Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of moral damages caused by violation of labor rights. The nations employee and terms of this responsibility have been grounded and the system of these criteria and method for the principle of moral damages assessment have been proposed. The system of criteria and method for the compensation for losses have been applied to the inventory of definitions exclusively for the notable cases of controversy between the owner and a worker under the conditions of violation of labor rights.
