Kokhan V. Legal regulation of employee' certification under the legislation of Ukraine.

The thesis is a complex research of the current theoretical and practical issues of the legal regulation of employee' certification under the legislation of Ukraine. It is underlined that the employee' certification is assessed procedure that ascertains their discrepancy or correspondence of workers to the post or work. The subject of its certification is assessment of qualification's level, professional training, professional and personal qualities of employee. Personnel and moral qualities of employee are subject to certification only in cases where the performance of duties by profession, specialty, and position requires their presence. The conclusion of new formed institute of employee' certification within a employment contract's institute, due to the factual relationship to establish the skill level of workers, their relevance and inconsistencies their post (the performance of work), assessment of professional competence has been proved. The thesis exposes possibilities of local legal regulation of certification's procedure and gives its account of the main rules of local acts.
