Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the aggregations of collembolan of forest ecosystems in the floodplains of Latorytsa on the territory of Transcarpathian lowland. The analysis of parameter changes of the varieties of collembolan aggregations under the influence of deforestation and water conservation has been carried out. Indicative value of this group of pedobionts in the processes of forest usage has been estimated as well. In the forest cenosis under investigation, there have been fixed 125 species, belonging to 61 genera and 15 families. For the first time two new species of collembolan belonging to Tetracantella Spinonychiurus have been described. As it has been fixed, humidity-dependent factor exerts stronger influence on the collembolan aggregations in comparison to different ways of forest management. It has been revealed that both separate species of collembolan and structural parameters of their aggregations may be treated as the informative indicators of the changes of hydrological regime and forest management measures in floodplain ecosystems of Transcarpathia. Ordination analysis has revealed two types of collembolan (Folsomia quadrioculata and Isotomiella minor), which are the indicators of the ecological state of soilbiotop in periodically flooded forest territory, and 5 species (Folsomia penicula, Folsomia manolachei, Pseudosinella horaki, Parisotoma notabilis, Tomocerus minutus) - the indicators of soilbiotop in water conservation cenosis. The most informative synecological indicators, which might be used for the estimation of anthropogenic influence on floodplain forest soilbiotop is represented by inventory varieties, the set of dominant species, spectra of dominant groups and existential forms.
