Krikun O. Administrative and legal status of proceedings in cases of misdemeanors.

The thesis is a scientific investigation of administrative and legal status of participants in proceedings in cases of misdemeanors. There are series of theoretical and practical recommendations are formulated in-command and a result of comprehensive investigation of administrative and legal status of participants in proceedings in cases of misdemeanors. For this purpose, given the author's definitions of "the failure-tion in cases of misdemeanors," "administrative and procedural legal proceedings participants in cases of administrative violations five", "sanity", "members proceedings in cases of framed-nistratyvni offense, "person regarding whom proceedings are in the administrative case, "the victim", "administrative and legal status of persons authorized to conduct proceedings in cases of misdemeanors, "witness", "Witnesses", "specialist", "translator", "defender" as participants in the rights proceedings on administrative violations, and proposed a definition of their copyright administrative tive-legal status. Author has proposed directions for increasing the efficiency of administrative worked actively and legal status of participants in proceedings in cases of misdemeanors through improvement of current legislation. Wang, formulated a number of proposals for amending regulations to Ukraine-ing, the rules which determine the administrative and legal status of the failure-Jenie in cases of misdemeanors and regulatory mechanism of these proceedings.
