Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis and theoretical study of concepts in existing legislation of Ukraine, its practical application and development of proposals for creation of juvenile justice in Ukraine. In the article the international and domestic experience in the genesis of juvenile justice is investigated, possibilities and limits in using of positive experience in lawmaking and law enforcement activities are defined. In addition, the concepts, principles and values of juvenile justice are determined.
