Essay

Object of research - expanded-clay (keramzit) concrete containing mechano-activated binder with pozzolanic additive; goal - improving the effectiveness in the use of portland cement in the lightweight concrete due to the optimization of the composition of binder and additive of tribo-effects in the presence of super plasticizer (diluent C-3); methods - planning of multifactor experiments for obtaining ES-models which describe the relationship between factors of keramzit concrete and its properties. Determination of the effective viscosity, setting time, plastic strength, changes in temperature curing cement- fly ash suspensions, physical and mechanical properties of cement stone and keramzit concrete determined in accordance with the conventional procedures; results - the author determines the influence of a joint effect of mechano-chemical activation and two blending factors - super plasticizer and filler fly ash of Ladyzhin State-Owned District Power Plant - on change of effective viscosity, setting time, temperature of hydration, and kinetics of the increase in plastic strength of cement-fly ash suspensions; the effect of mechano-chemical activation, quantity of cement-fly ash binder, the filling cement with fly ash thereof, and heat and humidity treatment point on physical and mechanical properties of expanded-clay concrete is accelerating; novelty - found accelerating effect mechano-chemical activation cement-fly ash suspensions in the presence of super plasticizer in terms of setting time, the growth of plastic strength, heat; found a synergistic effect reducing the effective viscosity of the cement slurry during its activation in the presence of fly ash and super plasticizer; was further developed the determination the special features of structurization of hardening activated cement with the additive fly ash using methods of physical and chemical analysis (XFA - X-ray phase analysis, DTA - Differential thermal analysis, REM - Radio-electronic microscopy, etc..); is studied the impact of activation of Portland cement with the addition of fly ash on the strength of keramzit concrete; implemented - in the production of wall blocks of research-experimental batch of lightweight concrete mixtures mechanically activated cement-fly ash binder, in the training process.
