Valko P. The improvement of the technology of gaining scotched flax fibre with usage of strippers

The object is the process of a flax straw mechanical treatment and gaining long scotched flax fibre; the aim is a development of improved technological procedure of the flax straw mechanical treatment, which allows to increase output of the long scotched flax fibre and enhance it's quality by means of additional processing of the flax straw raw product with strippers in the breaking process; the methods are tentative methods, methods of iconics, tool-making methods, methods of mathematical statistics with application of modern software; the results of research - it is proposed the way of improvement of a flax straw raw product technology primary processing by means of strippers, using in the breaking unit, during the flax straw treatment and it is experimentally determined that application of cleaning components in the breaking unit permits to attain better qualitative indexes of the long scotched flax fibre in comparison with active breaking-scotching unit; the industrial application -light industry processing plants.
