Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the actual scientifically applied task - development of technology of the combined blowing out of liquid steel by neutral gas in a scoop, providing the best interfusion and diminishing of maintenance of nonmetallic inclusions. On the basis of results of modeling of the combined blowing out it is set that the combined blowing out of the neutral gas in a ladle removes the "stagnant" areas, extends the trajectories of circulation streams of metal, and makes proportionally shorter the duration of complete interfusion. Is developed a theory of removal processes of nonmetallic inclusions from steel during organization of the combined blowing out of metal in a ladle under the layer of slag and it is set that intensity of their removal is straight proportional to capacity of interfusion of a liquid bath. On the basis of analysis of hydrodynamics, interfusion of metal in a ladle, formation and removal of nonmetallic inclusions the mode of the combined blowing out was developed. It is scientifically grounded and shown, that basic duration of the combined by turn blowing out must be carried out with a maximally possible expense, and at the end of treatment the after blowing period or the period or blowing out of metal with insignificant intensity, providing safety of slag cover on-the-spot metal is needed.
