Essay

Three indexes of evaluation of the sows' nests homogeneity were developed, the difference between the M- and M+ classes according to them made from 1,7 to 1,9 pig, and for live weight nests - from 24.6 to 27.2 kg. The high correlation dependence of index parameters with the number of piglets at weaning (r = + 0,84 ***) and mass of the nest in the 2 month age (r = + 0,71 **) was determined.
