Povidaychyk M. Production Programme of Enterprises in the System of Strategic Planning

The thesis is devoted to the aspects of formation of production programme of enterprises in the system of strategic planning. Particular attention has been paid to the strategic aspects of planning of the production programme - optimi-zation of product assortment, which the company intends to sell on the market. The modern scientific concepts of stra-tegic planning and practice of development of production programmes on the clothes sewing enterprises have been ana-lysed in the thesis. The classification of factors is exercised, which affect on the strategic planning of the production programme, basing on their hierarchical structure to the specific businesses. The mechanism for strategic planning of the production programme for clothes sewing have been theoretically grounded and proposed as well as economic-mathematical model of optimization of production programme, which allows creating an optimal assortment of prod-ucts with taking into account of alternative investment opportunities into manufacturing facilities and distribution costs measures.
