According to this aim basic factors which influenced on crimes in the economic relations in Ukraine are distinguished, content of basic elements of criminological description is exposed, problems of criminal cases in fact of this category of crimes are considered, the peculiarities of solving of typical investigative situations at the initial stage of investigation are determined, compensation of losses inflicted by the swindlers is confirmed, and also the peculiarities of realization of separate investigative actions (interrogation, search, seizure, setting of examinations) are analysed.
