Essay

The problem of mining of principles, structures and systems of adaptive control by the closed disintegration cycle of ore on the basis of hybrid fuzzy model with use of measure-ments of sizes of damping of ultrasonic volume and surface waves in a pulp in the presence of operated influence of high-energy ultrasound which provides formation and maintenance of optimum degree of crushing of ore in the conditions of the incomplete and indistinct informa-tion on characteristics of object of the management, essentially changing in time, the mini-mum duration of transients and power efficiency is solved. The mathematical model of the closed disintegration cycle of ore which includes a mill, a sump and a hydrocyclone, is presented in the form of hybrid fuzzy structure, an analytical part which describes ore streams and the basic laws of change size structure of a processed material, and for formal-ization of functions of crushing of a mill and hydrocyclone classification indistinct rules of Takagi-Sugeno that has allowed to raise accuracy and reliability of the received informa-tion in the conditions of changing characteristics of initial ore and a process equipment condition.
